Join Hannah Thacher, Psychiatric Occupational Therapist and certified yoga instructor, for a therapeutic evening at Apothecorner!!

This workshop combines yoga, sensory-based practices, and psychoeducation on the nervous system to help you better understand and regulate your body’s natural responses to stress and anxiety. and discover everyday tools to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and at ease.

You’ll gain hands-on skills you can use every day to support your mental well-being through open discussion, guided learning, and a 50-minute slow-flow yoga session.

Empower yourself to manage stress, regulate emotions, and cultivate a deep sense of calm - no prior experience necessary.
